Detailed below are the delivery terms and conditions which apply to all transactions on www.rhyrhys.co.uk. Placing an order confirms your acceptance of these terms & conditions, so please read them carefully.
It is our intention to dispatch all orders received on a working day (Monday - Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) within 48 hours. Orders received on a weekend or bank holiday day, will be dispatched on the next working day available. Both UK and overseas orders are dispatched via the Royal Mail postal service. All orders must be paid for in full and payment cleared before dispatch.
Free Shipping over £10
Free shipping on all orders over £10, ONLY applies to retail customers with an order product cost above the £10 threshold. The free shipping method is automatically applied, upon checkout. Please be aware we are only able to ship 4 nail polishes in any one order to BT postcodes due to Royal Mail Customs Regulations.

Non-receipt of Order (UK)
If an order is not received you must notify www.rhyrhys.co.uk in writing or by email within 30 days of dispatch as no claim can be made after this time.
Orders not received, which were dispatched by Standard or Tracked Postage, will not be deemed 'missing' until 10 working days have passed, therefore no resend will be offered until after this period. In the event that an order is deemed missing, our policy is to replace the order. Refunds will only be made on out of stock items. Replacement orders will only be sent to the original delivery address as advised on the initial order.
Orders returned 'Not Called For' (or similar) by Royal Mail will be refunded the cost of products upon receipt, excluding postage. Customers will be notified that the goods have been returned, the products refunded and the order effectively cancelled. The customer will then need to reorder the goods if they are still required.
www.rhyrhys.co.uk shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control.
As a statement these Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer
